The Building is accessible outside of regular business hours by use of a the assigned access cards provided by Property Management.

After Hours/Weekend Access
To assist us in preventing unauthorized entry into the building, we ask that you immediately report to the Property Manager any attempt or actual occurrence of someone following you (tailgating) through secured areas.  Any unusual activities or unauthorized person(s) should be reported to the Management Office at 770-350-7990.  Please know that the console phone is forwarded to the security officer's mobile phone.

All after hours access by vendors or tenants moving items off property must have a security clearance form on file in order to access any part of 1775 The Exchange.
